1925 EXCLUSIVE Cultural Historic Monument designed by architect E. M. Erdaly. Four story Oriental Revival is unique in the city with its brock cladding and far east stylings including a pagoda style tile roof, hand carved dragon eaves supports, and original restored interior murals. Forty three furnished and modernized apartment units share a period typical balcony with checkerboard floors.
